Installation :
1.Extract the textures folder to the fallout 4 data folder : (…\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data)
2. Open your Fallout4.ini : (…\Documents\My Games\Fallout4)
3. Find this line sResourceDataDirsFinal
4. Replace with this (if it’s not already done) sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
