I had a friend make this for me and now I’m sharing it with you. So don’t ask me to change anything, I don’t know how. You are all welcome to use this mod for your own stuff. Have fun!
Install Instructions.
Extract to your Fallout4/data/textures folder.
It’s just a re-texture so there shouldn’t be any conflicts. Unless you install another PA frame texture mod, obviously.
Got some screenshots up, sorry for the wait. I like this frame because it’s darker then the vanilla frame but not to dark, it doesn’t turn pitch black under different lighting and I think it goes perfectly with any custom paintjob. Enjoy!
