Installation:
1. First download ReShade here:reshade.me
2. Unpack the downloaded files into Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\ReShade Framework 1.1.0
3. Launch Mediator.exe and add Fallout 4
4. Unpack Decay Preset into Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\ReShade Framework 1.1.0\ReShade
