Install: Put txt file into your data folder.
Use: Just type (Bat getstarted) without the () of course.
In the txt file you can change the values (values are after the ID code not the name of it) or enable the character skill increase by removing the ; <---(Remove to enable).
-For the bobble-heads you need to throw them down and pick them back up to get the stat changes.
