Automatics are extremely weak in the base game, so this mod effectively makes them better by changing the Commando perk multiplier from 20/40/60/80/100% to 30/60/90/120/150%. This makes automatics a competitive choice to semi-autos.
EDIT: Added a new file which allows Better Commando bonuses to be applied to the Minigun and Gatling Laser. DO NOT INSTALL BOTH MODS AT ONCE; CHOOSE ONE OR THE OTHER
