Please make sure you have atleast 3GB of VRAM if you are using the 4K textures.
How to install manually:-
If you haven’t done so already, you first need to edit a line in the Fallout4.ini for the game to read loose files.
Go to:- Documents\My Games\Fallout4 Locate the Fallout4.ini
Find the line under [Archive] sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
Change this to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Next, you will need to extract the textures folder from the archive you just downloaded to your Fallout 4 Data Folder.
