A character with a preset face and body config, not much more to tell besides what the images already show.
Saved game takes place right after character creation so you can choose you’re name, SPECIAL stats etc and follow the story as usual.
To install simply drop the downloaded file into the Fallout 4 save game folder usually located in “My Documents/My Games/Fallout 4” and then load while in-game.
