Small file to change the player or any npc you choose to a ghoul.
Place the txt file in Fallout 4 directory
When in game-For player
Open console:
bat toghoul
When in game-For NPC
Open console: Click on NPC
bat toghoul
Only issue right now is the bloody neck(check images).
