Combat and Assault Rifle ammo change

Just a minor change to the Combat Rifle and Assault Rifle, no other changes besides the ammo type they use.

Combat Rifle changed from .45 cal -> 5.56mm
Assault Rifle changed from 5.56mm -> .308

Optional – 10%-50% Assault Rifle damage increase
