Fallout 4 Royalty Free Electronic Combat Music Mod
I’m at It again making another mod which replaces the combat music in the newly released Fallout 4, this time I went for songs that are royalty free so hopefully my page will not get removed, R.I.P mod page 1631, and remain on nexusmods.com so I can receive more feedback and ideas on what to make next, I have a few more upcoming videos/mods so stay tuned and hit that like to let me know.
I do know that the music doesn’t really fit with the rest of the fallout music but it’s something different for those who may not feel that the stock combat music is right for them.
Songs used in my mod (May not 100% accurate):
Alan Walker – Spectre
Aylen – Damage Control
Eric Lam – Rye
Eric Lam – GTA
Gaden Rhoss – Broken Cartridge

Installing the files
Just drop the “Music” folder into your Installation directory …\Fallout 4\Data\ folder.

Then go to your …\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\ folder and open Fallout4.ini

Find the line (CTRL+F) “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\”

And add the music folder to it: “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, MUSIC\” If you have installed other mods that replace files you can just add a comma and the folder For example: “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\”

So that line should end up looking something like this sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, MUSIC\

All of my xwm files I upload are only for use in Fallout 4 and other bethesda games, that’s all.

What I did was, convert the music to a format readable by Fallout 4, add fade in/out effects and change the volume depending on the file.
