MANUAL INSTALL ONLY
This mod disables the V-Sync feature and also unlocks the frame-rate.
A more descriptive tutorial and description is coming soon so bare with it for now.

This mod will allow you to unlock your frame-rate and disable the pesky V-Sync feature that is causing input lag. This file however is simple a modification of the .ini files and is only meant for manual install only. NO NMM SUPPORT.
INFORMATION
This is a modification of the .ini configuration files for Fallout 4.
The settings given to you will change some values in the games code that will toggle
the frame limiter and v-sync to improve your overall game-play and input lag.
The files are also configured to remove the mouse acceleration.
REQUIREMENTS
As of right now there are no requirements for changing the value of these settings.
These settings will NOT interfere with any graphical mods whatsoever.
INSTALLATION
To start the installation process you will need to download the archive file.
All instructions are kept on a .txt file within the archive for your leisure.
The archive contains the files as shown.
If you want to you can also follow this very rushed but very simple tutorial.
A new and improved one will come out in not to long.
