I wanna show you my little Tool, it activate the Mods in Fallout 4 with just 3 klicks, Choose Fallout4Prefs.ini,Fallout.ini and click on enable.
Changelog V 3.0 :
Works now with already modified Inis
If You had already modified your Ini Files, the Tool make a Backup of your Setting
If you click now on Disable, your previous Setting will be loaded
Fixed the Possibility to choose only 1 of 2 Inis, now you have to choose booth
