Fallout Noire:
This preset’s main goal is to make Commonwealth a darker and more depressed place. It makes your game black and white. I just combined two files to create this modification.
So here are the very important credits.
Very Important Credits:
– Raz3d (Enhanced Wasteland Preset)
– Omnipotus (OmniFX Black&White Preset for The Walking Dead Season 2)

Possible issues:
– Preset’s darkness level is pretty playable. But if it gets too dark for you, you can always turn on your pipboy flashlight.
– When you take screenshots via Steam, Steam will take screenshots of vanilla Fallout 4 (Because of the SweetFX i guess). Not the modded one. So it is kinda tricky to take screenshots of the mod.

Installation:
1. Place all the files in your root Fallout 4 game directory.

This should be located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4
2. Run the game normally through the launcher and it should load with your new
SweetFX Preset.
