A retexture of the Ratty skirt that shortens it and changes it to a plaid pattern, also changes the jacket to a redder colour,makes the scarf blue and trousers grey, and removes the arm wraps.
Unfortunately there is some clipping on the trousers but not much, once .nif tools are released I will remove most of the trousers all together.
Install
use NMM or navigate to your Fallout 4 folder and place the Data folder inside.
