This is a simple retexture of the holodisk’s in the game. They are made with the the colors you’d expect to be associated with vaults and Vault-Tec.
To install the texture just install with NMM or manually extract the file to the Fallout 4 Data folder
I am by no means good at retexturing and I just made this for myself so the Normal map is not very good. If anyone would make a better normalmap for me I would really appreciate it.
