This is really a proof of concept mod. Perks can be modded somewhat. Armor and weapon enchants can too although this file doesn’t contain any of that.
Lifegiver level 3 now heals radiation in addition to its other benefits. Heals about 4 rads/minute. Somewhat overpowered but not game breaking I think.
Installation:
Put it in your data folder and add radheal.esp to your plugins.txt file like any other mod.
WARNING
Do not have lifegiver 3 already unlocked when you use this mod otherwise weird things might happen.
If you already have the perk unlocked then remove it before using this mod via the console command: player.removeperk 001D2467
and save the game
load the mod and add the perk back with: player.addperk 001D2467
Do the same thing if you are already using the mod and want to uninstall it.
