A requested character save. Starts after leaving Vault 111.
You will need to use console commands to change your S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
For example : player.setav or player.setav Luck 10.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the save file where your others are located, (Default is My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves),
or (C:\Users\*YOURNAME*\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves)
