Expands the build area to pretty much everywhere. You can still see the green ring and you can only access the workshop UI from within it. However as long as you keep it open you are free to run around wherever and build. I recommend you also install a mod that increases the maximum possible objects as well.
Note: If you build too high, and I mean ridiculously extremely high, like 300+ stairs up in the sky, eventually you’ll just fall through anything above a certain height. It’s extremely high up though so I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
