Update, 11/25/2015: Includes most if not all workshop craftable items, many of them weren’t labeled correctly so there are likely many more items then can be currently crafted, but it shouldn’t affect anything negatively, let me know if there are any problems.
This mod lets you place things like Floors and Walls slightly into another object, not too far, but just enough.
