Cleaned up the vanilla textures by reducing the patchy colors (yellows & reds) and smoothed out the skin for a slightly more youthful look, also made the abs appear a little more buff, see screenshot comparisons for the slight differences. I wasn’t even sure I should upload this mod as there is already a Younger Male Face Texture that does the job just fine, however, as of uploading this there isn’t one for the male body, when a better texture replacer comes out then I’ll probably just delete this one.
The pixel dimensions are vanilla size, so no fancy 4k textures here. And the normal & specular maps are untouched, this simply replaces the default young male face/body/hands textures.

Install via NMM or for manual installation, extract the contents of this mod to your Fallout 4 Data folder:
