Several textures resized to 512 pixels to increase performance. Three texture categories were resized, which are:
Architectures.
Interiors.
Landscape.
Instead to play at low settings or use and try several other people’s ini files. I prefered to keep some settings at high settings like Texture Quality, Lighting, Godrays, Lens Flare and DoF. So, I downgrade the shadows to 512 as also I resized, already mentioned, the textures to increase the performance without sacrificing too much. Personally, worked me and I guess that I could share this that might help to those that can’t run this game at the highest settings.
Details
Architecture hanldes airports, buildings, bankers, capsules, cities, shacks and warehouses. Interiors handle buildings, caves, hightech and industrial facilities, institute. submarine and vaults. Landscape hanldes: cliffs, grass, ground, plants, roads, rocks, trees and water. This package could replace any previous installed mod that contain these category files. Another mod could be installed over this package, Wasteland 512, like a HD Water mod.

Tweaks
Recently, the member timmieNL asked me for my ini tweaks. Too many lines to post them here. So, my personal INI Tweaks can be checked out in here.
Installation
In case that a mod manager is not used then descompress the compressed package file into the DATA folder.The Textures folder string information is needed to be added in the Fallout.ini file in order to load these resized textures. The Fallout.ini should be edited in order to modify a specific line which should appear like this:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Other folders can be assigned in the same command line depending on the mods that were installed.
Uninstallation
The three folders should be deleted. Folder names are: landscape, interiors and architecture. These folders should be located into *Fallout root folder*\DATA\TEXTURES
Final Note
This is not an official file from Bethesda. Credits to Bethesda for the original files and this great game.
