the original textures don’t look so bad but they have no details, are blurred and they lack the depth.
Thus, it was time to change that. the new diffuse textures have the same resolution but more details.
normalmaps are new, have a lot more detail and more depth. important maps are now in 2k resolution.
How to activate loose Files and Mods for Fallout 4:
You will need to add the following line to the Fallout4Prefs.ini:
