A high definition re-texture of the normal female road leather under armour.

Upscaled Bump Map to 4096×4096
Upscaled Shine Map to 4096×4096
Textures have been redone and kept similar but not exact to the originals.
Bump Map was completely redone.
Shine Map was completely redone, and left darker to prevent the ‘plastic’ look that Bethesda enjoys.
Installation:
Drag / Drop into the ‘Data’ folder of your Fallout Directory.
Open your Fallout4.ini : (…\Documents\My Games\Fallout4)
Find this line : sResourceDataDirsFinal
Replace with this : sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Save File, Set to Read Only
